Overview

PlanIt has been developed to:

• perform Maximum Ranges and Basic Link Budget Analyses for the Intracom Telecom’s Wireless Products Portfolio
• provide answers to the three fundamental questions during Presales/Preliminary Design Phase:
  • “what’s the maximum link distance”
  • “what’s the throughput for a given link distance”
  • “which radio and antenna equipment can provide certain throughput for a given link distance”
• accelerate decision-making for business users without Radio Planning expertise since no setup & special configuration is required

PlanIt is intended to be used by Intracom Telecom Engineers and certified Distributors/Resellers/Customers’ personnel, given that a Non-disclosure Agreement is in place between Distributor/Reseller company and Intracom Telecom.

Note: uni|MS™ PlanIt tool is not a substitute for the uni|MS™ Radio Planner. Consequently, for actual Planning and/or Performance Evaluation of Operational Wireless Links, the uni|MS™ Radio Planner should be used.
