It can be used with several Headend solutions & vendors, on-prem video encoders, hosted “as-a-Service” content headend, as well as CDN providers (in markets where available). Content & revenue protection is ensured with the adoption of either a built-in CA/DRM module, or with external, 3rd party DRM Solutions including Widevine & Fairplay.
Subscribers enjoy a modern, intuitive, user-friendly Interactive Service Guide (ISG), giving access to diverse content and infotainment offering an unsurpassed customer experience. Services can be accessed via IP or hybrid Set-Top Boxes, or users may bring their own smart devices—smartphones, tablets (Android/iOS), Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Firestick, and more.
On the Provider's back end, a comprehensive suite of web-based tools handles management, monitoring, troubleshooting—streamlining operations and improving service reliability.
