Overview

ActionStreamer™ is INTRACOM TELECOM's field-proven, convergent service activation and network middleware platform for fixed and mobile Communications Service Providers. It enables rapid and reliable service provisioning across complex, multi-vendor and multi-technology environments, supporting Data, Voice, TV, broadband, IMS, mobile, OTT, CPE management and other service-enabling platforms.

The platform orchestrates interactions between upstream OSS/BSS systems and downstream network elements through standards-based TM Forum APIs or customized interfaces, with support for synchronous, asynchronous, real-time and bulk activation scenarios. Its modular service and adapter framework allows activation logic and network integrations to be tailored efficiently to each operator's requirements.

Built on Kubernetes and a microservices-based architecture, ActionStreamer™ provides scalability, resilience, elasticity, observability and faster delivery of new services. It can be deployed on premises, on virtualized infrastructure or across private, public and hybrid cloud environments.

Beyond service activation, ActionStreamer™ can also support network testing, statistics collection and troubleshooting. The platform is delivered as a complete solution, backed by analysis, design, customization, integration, testing, deployment and lifecycle support services.
