Applications

NGINius™ Suite is comprised of several battle-proven, out-of-the box applications & customizable components that can be seamlessly combined with each other for complete solutions, or integrated with new, bespoke on-order applications:

• Converged Charging: Maintain many types of wallets for prepaid, postpaid or hybrid subscribers with complete subscriber lifecycle, featuring intelligent, dynamic rating, tariff and product management, as well as credit control and refund operations using volume, time, QoS, event or other triggers. Offer notifications using multiple channels, including SMS, Web, mobile application notifications, USSD, IVR etc.

• Policy Control: Create your own, intuitive policy rules for fast, flexible, 'Do-It-Yourself' policy deployment and a 'Mix & Match' selection of parameters for bandwidth on demand, roaming cost control, speed throttling, parental control, etc.
• Network Gateway: Integrate with SS7, SIP, Diameter, 5G SBI (SBA) and other telecom network interfaces or AMI/MDM interfaces for utilities networks, enabling credit, policy & session control, and other applications and realizing load-balancing, failover control and scalability. SS7 & SIP integration is offered via Telecom Application Server (formerly HPE).
• IVR and Multimedia applications: IVR, MRF/SRF and Multimedia applications or application extensions such as call recording, voice portals, AI/LLM chatbots with ASR/TTS, automated robocalls or ring-back-tone services can be offered via Telecom Media Platform (formerly HPE).

• Voucher Management: Handle the lifecycle of vouchers for prepaid cards, coupons or other business functions. Organize by packs and lots, manage batch orders, coordinate with voucher vendors and get real-time analytics on usage.
• Campaign Management: Target audiences with ease using intelligent promotions, and loyalty incentives and rewards (bonuses and discounts) for cross-selling or up-selling. Perform content adaptation (advertisements in the form of banners, messages, etc.) as well as header enrichment (outbound/inbound) for a wide variety of cases based on QoS, location or session, e.g., free streaming, roaming.
• Self-care & Provisioning: Consolidated your business functions around product catalogue management, ordering & provisioning, service fulfillment, delivery and reporting around a seamlessly integrated environment with multiple backend external systems.
• Intelligent Enterprise Communications: Deploy instances of Virtual Private Network & vPBX over public telecom phone networks with grouping, short-numbering, routing etc.
