Intelligent Energy Systems
Intracom Telecom addresses the needs for a more sustainable energy system, with increased renewable generation, energy efficiency and resilience which can be achieved by coordinated operation among different energy sectors i.e., electricity, heat, gas. In this context flexibility stemming from various resources i.e., generation, storage, consumption, has become the cornerstone keeping the operation of the system efficient, reliable, and resilient, enabling the integration of decentralized renewable energy resources. Towards this, digitalization assumes a crucial role, enabling the increased observability and controllability of energy grids as well as engagement of consumers in the efficient management of the grids, whilst data sharing is considered a key factor for creation of new energy services and unleashing the full potential of flexibility across different sectors.
In the context of these R&I initiatives, our company implements innovative solutions for seamless integration of different technologies and trusted data sharing for creation of added value services. In addition, it develops tools for grid operators, flexibility aggregators, market operators and energy communities for optimizing their operation in line with energy landscape transformations.
