Nick Pappas has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective early March 2026. He brings almost two decades of experience in finance, strategy, and transformation across telecommunications, consulting, and fast-moving consumer goods. His background includes leading both near-term transformation initiatives and longer-term strategic programs, with emphasis on ESG, digitalization, and process optimization.
Thalia Siamani assumed the role of Chief Legal Officer (CLO), effective mid-February 2026. Her experience spans corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and the management of complex multinational legal frameworks. She has supported international business expansion and helped develop strategic solutions that enable growth while ensuring regulatory alignment.
Kartlos Edilashvili, Acting CEO of Intracom Telecom, noted that adding executives with this level of expertise is an important part of the company's strategy, strengthening both strategic planning and compliance across the markets in which Intracom Telecom operates.
