WiBAS™ G5 Smart represents a technological breakthrough in Intracom Telecom's Point-to-Multipoint ultra-broadband product line. By combining Multi-User MIMO technology, which supports simultaneous connections to multiple terminal stations, with an Advanced Antenna System (AAS) enabling precise beamforming, the WiBAS™ G5 Smart delivers robust, interference-free ultra-broadband connectivity.

This TDD all-outdoor PtMP hub radio operates in mm-Wave licensed bands and, utilizing a 200 MHz channel, achieves over 5.6 Gbit/s throughput per sector. Paired with the WiBAS™ G5 GigaConnect+ terminal station (CPE), it provides end-user speeds of up to 2.4 Gbit/s at distances exceeding 8 km from the base station.

Committed to supporting technology neutrality in Fixed Wireless Access networks, the intelligent software of the WiBAS™ G5 Smart ensures seamless coexistence with adjacent 3GPP-based 5G systems.
