Description:

The job holder will monitor and contribute to the implementation of a wide range of human resources activities like: recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development and succession planning for INTRACOM TELECOM's subsidiaries. Located in the company's premises in Peania, the job holder will act fairly independently; liaising with his/her counterparts abroad, advising them about the HR systems and preparing reports for top management in Greece and abroad.

The position reports to the Human Resources and Administration Director.

Required Competencies

Education

• University Degree

Knowledge / skills

• At least five-year relevant work experience in a multinational or HR consulting company
• Proficient use of Excel
• Excellent command of English language
• Availability to travel abroad
