INTRACOM TELECOM's Value Added and Intelligent Networks Applications have been developed onto Hewlett Packard's UX and OpenCall platforms in order to cope with wireline, wireless and IP networks as well as with demanding Mobile Internet environments. In this INTRACOM TELECOM-HP partnership context, INTRACOM TELECOM has been awarded the 2003 " HP Software Award for Channel Excellence ", as well as with the " HP Software Partner of the Year Award " and the " Business Partner Gold Award ". The " Business Partner Gold Award " was especially awarded for developing Intelligent Networks' solutions that were based onto the OpenCall platform.

WEB2SMS
The WEB2SMS is a B2B solution which enables corporate Web users with Unicast and Multicast 2-Way SMS communication capabilities. The solution can alternatively used whenever massive SMS broadcasting is needed.

SMSAdmin
SMSAdmin is a bundle of SMS based value added services alternatively offered via IVR. The following services are supported:

  • Prepaid balance enquiry
  • Expiration date query
  • Prepaid account balance recharge and new balance SMS notification
  • Prepaid tariff change and tariff query via SMS
  • Prepaid to prepaid balance transfer via SMS
  • Request for registration to ICB (Incoming Call Bonus)

iFPH
iFPH allows service subscribers such as companies or organizations to provide their customers / partners with free of charge phone access to offered services.

iFPH gives the subscribers the opportunity to advertise their business and provide information to the users in an attractive way.

iNP
iNP is a telecommunications network capability, that allows subscribers (PSTN, ISDN, xDSL, service subscribers to IN services and PABX groups) to change service provider/operator and/or location and/or service type without having to change their telephone (directory) number.

iNP offers the possibility to subscribers to retain their directory number even if they have changed network operator or geographical location.

iPCC
iPCC is an Intelligent Network (IN) based service for Fixed operators which enables users to make cashless phone calls from
any telephone set while uiers pay in advance for their telephone calls by purchasing prepaid cards from retail outlets.

iPCC provides to the operator/provider a powerful tool for revenue generation by allowing the service user to make cash-less calls and have the charges debited from the user's prepaid calling card.

iPRM
iPRM service allows the marketing and provision of information over the telephone line at a higher charging rate compared to the rate of an ordinary call.

iPRM offers various information and entertainment services to the user at a rate higher than that of an ordinary call.

iUAN
iUAN allows service subscribers such as companies or organizations to provide their customers with a unique number to access their offices.

iTELEVOTING is offering the capability of holding competitions and voting events, to companies such as TV/RADIO stations and market research organizations.

iTELEVOTING provides the service subscriber (company), that organizes an event, the capability to customize the TELEVOTING service according to its requirements. Voters can vote over the telephone (mobile and/or Fixed).

iVPN
iVPN is an Intelligent Network (IN) based service for Fixed operators which enables users to form a group, within which each user can call each other using short numbers based on a private numbering plan.

iVPN allows companies with one or more geographical locations to form a virtual private telephone network where they can exercise complete internal control and administration.

imPPC (using CAMEL Application)
imPPC is a service for mobile networks using CAMEL Application Part (CAP) Phase 2 signalling standard while the service allows the subscriber to pay for telecommunication services prior to usage.

imPPC provides a powerful tool to the mobile operator for revenue generation by allowing mobile subscribers to make voice calls both in home and roaming networks and have the charges debited from the PPC subscription. The mobile user is expected to refill the subscription in order to continue using the service.

imPPC (using Wireless Intelligent Network)
imPPC is a service for mobile networks using Wireless Intelligent Network signalling standard while the service allows the subscriber to pay for voice telecommunication services prior to usage.

imPPC provides an important tool to the wireless operator for revenue maximization by allowing mobile subscribers to make voice calls and have the charges debited from the PPC subscription. The mobile user is expected to refill the subscription in order to continue using the service.

ivPCC
ivPCC is designed to enable service providers to quickly and efficiently set up, deliver and manage prepaid calling card services over a managed IP network backbone.

ivPCC enables the users to make cashless calls from virtually any home/public touch-tone phone in the service coverage area to any destination while this is normally achieved by setting up one or more public free phone numbers (in public networks) that are provisioned to connect service users with the Service Provider's IVR equipment.

iv-VPN
iv-VPN is targeted for Carriers/Service Providers that are deploying next generation managed IP-based networks, capable of delivering end-to-end real-time quality voice over IP integrated along with data.

iv-VPN enables Service Providers to offer voice VPN services on top of managed IP-based next generation networks by connecting telephone systems at multiple business sites into a single secure communication network.

i-INC
The i-INC product addresses fixed and mobile operators which have deployed on their network Service Control Points (SCP) with different IN applications on each SCP. The product gives the capability to a subscriber to be able to use all IN services hosted on different SCPs.

 i-vSSP
The i-VSSP product (virtual Service Switching Point) addresses fixed operators which do not have SSPs in their networks. The product replaces the SSF functionality on the switches and can be combined with IN applications, thus providing SSP and SCP functionalities on the same network node.

i-mCM
The call management application gives the capability to the service subscribers to control their calls for more effective personal communication. The application consists of a number of call screening features that allow mobile subscribers to specify how outgoing and/or incoming calls are processed.

 i-PCLI
The prepaid CLI application is and IN based service for fixed operators which enables the service users to make prepaid phone calls from a specific telephone (directory) number. Service users pay in advance for their telephone calls by requesting the service provider to create for them an account and assigning their telephone (directory) number to this account.

i-mDP
The data prepaid application (i-mDP) gives the capability to mobile operators to charge data sessions based either on volume of/and content.

 i-IP/SRF
The IP/SRF product is a service node that provides the specialized resource functionality to all IN services that require user interaction with the IN service user.
