Next Generation Network (NGN) Solutions

INTRACOM TELECOM product architecture solutions enables next-generation and incumbent carriers with prominent innovative solutions including IP Telephony Solutions, IP Multimedia Services, VoPacket tandem or VoPacket access, Softswitch-based Class 5 voice services, Internet or PRI offload, IP to PSTN Gateway for H.323 or SIP or MGCP end users, Wholesale/Intercarrier Solutions.

NGN solutions allow Incumbent operators and new Service Providers to offer voice, data & video services over a single, common packet-based, IP infrastructure. These Class 4/5 service solutions provide the scalability, modularity and reliability required by a broad range of fixed and wireless Operators.

The INTRACOM TELECOM solution is applicable to any scenario, either a pure TDM legacy network with traditional switches or an NGN network based on the layered architecture for creating, deploying and managing innovative services. Further this solution can be an extension to already PSTN deployed infrastructure.

• The SoftSwitch able to provide voice services (class 4 and class 5) for the innovative IP based environment but also able to provide - with the same technological platform - the legacy TDM voice services.
